Five modules, approximately 60 video lessons, (over 45 hours of content),  interactive workbooks and sessions with Nathaji, guided meditations, and a lifetime of effective practices.

• Five Modules:  Covering Nondual Śaiva Tantra/Kuṇḍalinī Sādhana. Modules includes 8-10 forty-five minute recorded lessons, plus workbooks and meditations. Each module also has a period of practice incorporated into the sequence.
• Immersion: A 1-2 week immersion at Nityakash, our center on Maui. On-demand (with an option to upgrade to in-person).
• Ongoing Interactive Sessions: A 60-90 minute zoom session every other week with Swami Khecaranatha and/or Ācāryas in his community.
• Opportunity to Engage: Interaction with an authentic teacher and community of  practitioners.
  
• Guided Meditations: Three additional guided meditations for Modules 2, 3, 4.
  
• Reading Assignments and Learning Lessons: Designed deeper insight and understanding.
• Program is online - with the option to upgrade to in-person for the Winter Immersion.
