(Friday - Sunday) In person on Maui and live-streamed!

Nāda yoga is a practice of deep internal listening to develop the capacity to hear the sound of anāhata nāda, one’s own inner, unstruck sound. The Sanskrit word nāda translates as sound, tone, or vibration, so Nāda Yoga usually means “union through sound,” or the “yoga of sound.” The sounds of anāhata are produced and heard from within the suṣumṇa, the central energy channel, and these sounds will be especially loud in the heart cakra (the “ear of the heart") and in the bindu point in the center of the head.

More than simply a profound approach to Sanskrit mantra and nāda, this offering invites you into a harmonious way of being in the world. The retreat will change how sweetly you digest your past, how richly you savor your present, and how gloriously you write the song of your future. Our careful, reverent approach to the time-tested yogic methods of mantra and nāda is a gateway into nothing less than mystic communion.
