The eleventh-century Tantric Shaivite text Yogini Hṛdayam beautifully describes the energies of freedom that express us as an individual — as Consciousness made flesh: "Recognize the Goddess as pure light, which emanates and creates from within the suṣumṇa [central channel] and creates you."

The suṣumṇa is the pure light from which we are formed. Direct experience of our Source unfolds with the flowering of consciousness. As the energies of freedom are accessed, they reveal their own Source, which is Divine Presence. That Presence is the “pure light” referred to in the Yogini Hṛdayam.

Svātantrya is the underlying field of autonomous freedom from which the five powers of Divine Consciousness are expressed. This is the awareness that is the undifferentiated consciousness that becomes the energies of freedom: what can be called the "DNA of Life."

Nathaji will explore how to move through the progressive unfoldment of individual consciousness to find, enter into, and become established in universal Consciousness.
